This utility plays a sound on each midi clock generated beat. The intention is to use this clean beat to control DMX light program such as DMXControl or Freestyler by your DJ application generating a Midi Clock signal. It has been tested and used with Traktor by Native Instruments and DMXControl. How to setup? ⁃Configure Traktor for MIDIClock output (see manual) ⁃Use BeatTool by DMXControl ⁃Connect your Macs sound output to your (secondary) PC line input running DMXControl ⁃A very easy to detect clean kick beat will be send to DMXControl making the beat detection very precise ⁃Your music will use the Traktor output channels, so no additional kicks here Please contact [email protected] for support and Q&A
